These terms govern access to and use of the EduPro platform for educational programs and professional skills development courses in the online environment.
By enrolling in any program, the user accepts the terms described below.
The provider undertakes to provide updated educational content, structured into learning modules, without however guaranteeing the achievement of specific professional results.
The user is obliged to actively participate in courses, meet assignment deadlines, and not distribute materials to third parties.
The provider is not liable for any temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, force majeure, or actions of third parties.
Course content is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute mandatory professional advice. Decisions made based on it are the sole responsibility of the user.
No compensation is provided for indirect losses, such as employment opportunities or unrealized income.
The provider may suspend or deactivate the user's account in case of repeated violation of the terms, following a 7-day prior notice.
The user may cancel the service at any time, without penalties, by written request to info@rezaghassemlou.com. In this case, access to paid content remains active until the end of the billing period.
These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be informed at least 14 days before the changes take effect, via email or through an announcement on the platform.
Continued use after the mentioned date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For any dispute, the parties agree to attempt amicable resolution within 30 days. Otherwise, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Romania.
